Frank Neubauer and his wife of 47 years are proud parents of 2 daughters who have blessed them with 7 grandchildren and they all live within 5 minutes of each other.

Frank is a financial services professional with over 40 years of experience in several financial services industries ranging from banking to insurance.  He has served in numerous positions with responsibility for training and management of over 3,000 financial advisors across the country for Next Generation Financial Services which was a division of 1st Mariner Bank.

Frank started his career in banking with the FDIC in New York.  Subsequently he relocated to Baltimore where he joined the newly formed Columbia Bank and Trust where he managed commercial lending.  Based on his excellent leadership and performance he quickly rose to the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Loan Officer.

From Columbia Bank he joined 1st American Bank as Senior Vice President heading up two Corporate Banking Groups.  In 1992 he moved on to Taneytown Bank and Trust where he became President and CEO, doubling the size of the bank.

Taneytown Bank was sold in 1998 and Frank joined Colonial HealthCare, a Third Party Administration firm which served local and regional clients.  It was here that he met Doug McLain and formed Institutional Marketing Services, LLC (IMS) which entered into a joint venture that operated as a division of 1st Mariner Bank, trading as Next Generation Financial Services. Next Generation grew to the 4th largest Reverse Mortgage lender in the country.

Frank focuses on financial strategies he and his associates have created and are marketed through established networks involving Financial Professionals, Community Banks and Credit Unions. 

The Financial Professional community has recognized that retirement planning must include a person's largest asset, their home. 

Frank has served on the board of directors of numerous Business and Non-Profit organizations, for many in the capacity as President or Chairman.
